Val's XV boutique is the best place to find your dress! I came here with my daughter a few months ago because she saw a dress on tiktok for about $2300 with everything we needed and we went to pick up her dress yesterday , they even had the tailor come on a weekend because normally appointments are only Monday- Friday but they accommodated us in case our dress needed any alterations which it did and they came out perfect also 5 stars for same day alterations, most places told us they'd take 2 weeks to do alterations, It took them about 3 and a half hours with the steaming done as well there's a lot of stores around here so we just walked around and the time went by fast, the service was also 5 stars they are all very patient and kind here (my daughter is a picky one!) Thank you to the val’s xv team

I recently visited Val’s Boutique in Los Angeles for a quince dress, for my little sister , and it was an amazing experience! The selection of dresses were stunning, with so many beautiful options to choose from. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient, especially Diana and Jackie making sure my sister found the perfect dress. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quinceañera dress.

horrible horrible service!! I went in for my daughters quince she wanted to try on a dress and i know dresses here can be pricey but i was willing to pay for it!! I don’t know If it looked like i don’t have money or something? But when i went in and asked to try it on i was ignored by the girl in the front desk and looked at weird!!!

I went with my daughter, and the salesperson was so mean, ? my daughter wanted to try a dress that she saw on tik tok but the salesperson ( a skinny girl) told me that she couldn't try it on because I didn’t know if I was going to buy it, so the only way to try something is if they know for sure that you will buy something, my question is how I was supposed to know if I like a dress, if they don’t allow you to try it on? I totally recommend you to go somewhere else, the prices are cheaper, and for sure you will find nice people in another store.

I loved loved loved my dress. They have so many different options and I wore this dress for my pre-photos and actual quince and not once did it get ruined. Ive seen many other quince dress options from other stores and they all get ruined pretty easily. Definitely recommend this store to anyone else!
