Will never shop here again! Expensive, Poor quality and even worse customer experience. Bought a pair of pants here and as soon as I took them home they ripped. I called as soon as it happened and was told to bring them to the store and they would try and fix them, and arranged what day I would come in. When I came in I was treated poorly by the shop employee who barely even looked at the pants and told me that the owner had already told her they would not fix the pants because they were worn, even though i had only just removed it before putting them on and I still had the tag with me and was told to come in!!! Spent 30 min driving there for no reason. She kept complaining on and on that she didn’t have time to call me not to come in (despite the fact I had called several days prior) because she’s so busy she can’t even stop to take a bathroom break or go to the bathroom while she’s at work . 60$ down the trash. Never going to this store again

This boutique has a great selection of super cute clothes. However, many of their items are quite expensive and I have found they don't wear or wash well. I have also found they don't stand behind their merchandise and were of very little help when I went in with a shirt that tore after one wear. I have no problem spending money for quality, but I don't think the items in this store are high quality at all.

*Edited to respond to owner…i purchased a shirt a few months ago and brought it in about three weeks later. I was told that the fraying and rearing were the style and to be more careful when I washed it (it hadn’t been washed yet)

Storm is a beautiful store with amazing choices for all women. No need to be a size 7 and below. I get compliments on the pieces I wear from there. The staff is so helpful and the shopping mall where they are located is so nice.

Absolutely love the selection of clothes in here. So much to see and choose from !! The women were fabulous in this store. So sweet and helpful… they were not pushy at all. . Don’t be shy I know I was and felt at home 🙂 and was so easy to charge my Tesla while I shopped! Will definitely be back!

I rambled into the Plainview store last week, and I feel like I hit the jackpot. They have super comfortable summer clothes….casual tees & tanks, nice dressier tops, jogger pants, gauze capris, beach cover ups, and lots of flirty summer dresses. Great selection, great colors.
Randi & Barbara were very helpful and knew exactly what would look good on me. It was fun to shop. I needed an updated wardrobe because I haven’t shopped in 3 years because of COVID. To top it off everything washed beautifully, no shrinkage!
This is my go to store now and funny…. I found out it’s where my DIL shops too!

The woman that work there are so nice when you're shopping and you buy something, but if you're returning, they are so rude. I feel like they just say anything to make a purchase.

had an experience with a staff member being extremely rude and condescending — are customer service associates supposed to discourage customers from shopping at their workplaces?

non-white customers I’d recommend staying away if you like being respected!
