I had an incredible experience shopping for perfume at Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. The staff was extremely helpful, and they guided me to the perfect fragrance that matched my preferences. The selection of luxury perfumes was outstanding, and the entire shopping experience felt elegant and personalized. I especially want to thank Hazel for her excellent service and knowledge of the products. If you’re looking for high-end perfumes and exceptional customer service in Beverly Hills, Saks Fifth Avenue is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend

This was my third (and absolutely last) visit to Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills. I went in to purchase a new cologne, but the experience was beyond disappointing. The staff in the fragrance section are consistently unhappy, rude, and downright unpleasant. They treat customers as if we’re inconveniencing them, acting like they’re above it all. Newsflash: you work in retail and should be grateful for customers who choose to shop here. Their attitude is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I won’t be returning, and I’d recommend looking elsewhere for a better shopping experience.

The valet park the cars in the handicap spots. This means if you are handicap you cannot actually park. There’s one handicap spot per 25 car spots so interior near the elevators is one each but there’s a large plethora outside. The valet only make people entitled if they do this and act entitled themselves. Also, even if you park on private property in handicap zones- you can be ticketed by the city. Once the paints on the ground it doesn’t matter it is private property. Wonder how they’d (Saks+ Car Owners) deal with 600$ tickets. Really a shame they disrespect the disabled shopper population. Luxury goods are awesome especially for a fun splurge but after my knee surgery I started to avoid this location. Not disabled friendly. It infuriates me honestly. People in wheelchairs need the area and more. It’s so entitled. Guess you shouldn’t expect less from Sak’s but you’d think people in those positions being paid to park cars wouldn’t park them in the disabled bay especially risking tickets to owners and also YOU KNOW DISABLED PEOPLE NEED THEM. (No the plates of these cars didn’t have disabled on them.) rant over. EDIT: just so you’re aware saks management this review has 13k+ views. I hope you change your policy to aid disabled people! Your disability discrimination is horrible!!

Contact store on Saturday, Nov.16, about ordering shoes from the woman's dept. For my friends Birthday, was told they were busy, and never called back, they are not very professional. Have Contacted my veterans group not to order from this Beverly Hills location, for our holiday events anymore.

My two daughters are travelling through Los Angeles and today attended Saks in Wilshire Blvd. They were ignored by a salesperson named Jay who couldn’t be bothered to drag himself away from his friend, with whom he was chatting. When the girls tried to gain Jay’s attention, they were met with eye rolling and sighing, as if they were interrupting him. Everything was an effort for this man, who was also unable to provide any pricing nor information on an item the girls were interested in buying (due to the absence of a sticker) and despite one of my daughters pointing out an identical item in another cabinet, they were still unable to purchase this item from the salesperson, as he was clearly too deep in conversation with his friend. My daughters eventually gave up and as they walked away, Jay was miraculously able to speak to them, albeit to demand they return an item of clothing they ultimately decided not to purchase, due to Jay’s nonexistent customer service, to another department for him! Does customer service even exist in Jay’s department and why are customers demanded to do this man’s job? I have always been satisfied with my shopping experience with Saks, whether it be in store or an online purchase from my home in Australia. It is disappointing my daughters were unable to receive the same. To the management of this store, Jay is certainty not an asset to your establishment and this experience has definitely tarnished what should have been an enjoyable outing for my girls.

Absolutely atrocious experience. I entered the store and walked around three floors- not one single employee even bothered to say hello. They were all standing around idle and weren’t busy doing anything else. Multiple of them were either talking to each other leisurely, or on their phones! Even costco has the decency to ban phone use for employees while they are on the job. So absolutely embarrassing.
The fragrance lady completely blocked the stairway spraying this woman with some perfume, and saw me coming down, and didn’t even bother to take a step to the side. She also later saw me when she was free and didn’t talk to me and went straight to the next customer. Absolutely racist and horrid attitude that this store has.

When I did finally approach a sales associate for some assistance, I was met with a condescending and hostile attitude for absolutely no reason. I had always heard about people complaining about rudeness and fake people in LA, and today was the first day I ever experienced that in this city. The vibe is absolutely hostile, unwelcoming, and honestly just unprofessional and chaotic. The store was empty and no one was busy. I sense a bankruptcy coming soon. I’ll never step food in saks or buy anything online from this discriminatory business. It’s 2024; get with the times.

When I visit Saks Fifth Avenue in Beverly Hills, I love exploring its multi-floor layout. Navigating through the various levels of luxury fashion and beauty, is truly delightful. The presence of a lounge area enhances the experience, offering a perfect spot to take a break, enjoy a refreshing drink, and absorb the sophisticated atmosphere.

I want to give a shout out to Fitzgerald, who is truly a gentleman and a wonderful person! We visited the Men's store in Beverly Hills to return a jacket we bought online. One of the salespeople on the first floor directed us to another store for the return, even though my husband was using a walker. Thankfully, Fitzgerald on the third floor came to our aid and made the process much easier. He went out of his way to ensure our visit was comfortable, considering my husband's mobility challenges.
