The staff here is amazing! My daughter went to look around and found a beautiful dress she will be using to her first home coming event. The prices are very reasonable. Stephanie and all the staff were so helpful and kind. They made my daughter feel very special. We will definitely be shopping here a lot from here on out. Don’t pay attention to the previous reviews. These ladies are wonderful!

Make sure if someone decides to give you a surprise bday gift they know your size and of course they give you the receipt because you can’t exchange the item so you end up with no bday gift because of course you can’t do anything about it just regift your gift ? awesome policy?

Disgusting customer service . I’ve been going to this store since Allurah first started as the store manager , and I would always go back because Allurah and her girls were amazing to me and anyone I brought with me . Now that Allurah is gone the new girls are annoyed by doing their jobs , rude and not helpful. Imagine asking for a shirt in the same fabric just not the same style and having the person rolling their eyes . My friend I brought with me saw it because he was sitting on the outside of the fitting rooms. This was Tuesday the 3rd of October around 5:45 the girl that decided it was so cute to roll her eyes was the bigger one of the two . Train your girls better ! They were not accommodating or helpful which I could let go but the attitude is disgusting .

The workers could not be bothered to help us. They were watching tiktok while we were picking out items and we had to ask to be given a fitting room, and when we asked about replacing a damaged item that was on the floor, their attitude showed that they could not be bothered to care about our questions. Not helpful whatsoever and we found multiple damaged items in the racks. When we came out of the fitting room and didn’t have anything that we wanted to purchase, they rolled their eyes and didn’t say anything back to us when we said thank you and goodbye. The few times they did actually talk to us their responses dripped in sarcasm. Was not a pleasant experience at all. We were so excited to find spring break items but their attitude made the experience not enjoyable at all and we just wanted to get out of there since it seemed that we were just a bother to their tiktok viewing party.

Beautiful store. Employee working did not look up from her phone the entire time we were in the store. I said hello, no response back. My teens said hello as well and again, nothing. Both my girls noticed too as they spoke about it in the car. Won't spend my money in a place where I can't even be acknowledged.

If I could give it less stars I would this place is disgusting. The “manager” is the most rude women I’ve ever seen working in customer service she should be fired. Will never go back to this place it seems like there’s no one in charge here. TERRIBLE. All the clothes are SHEIN quality as well.
