Worst CVS pharmacy, known for the longest wait. There are currently 25 people waiting in line at pick up and only 1 employee working for prescription pick up. The only other employee is at drop off with no one in line. This is horrible costumer service to have so many costumers with never enough employees working. There should be more than 2 employees working, common sense!

It's 5:30am and I just came from my fave CVS and I like coming early because I can get in and out easily. However, the homeless in the parking lot, and store sometimes, is ridiculous. Asking for money and ripping off the store relentlessly. But not this morning! I witnessed 3 homeless with backpacks trying to get into the store and the night manager and two other employees, blocked their entrance and turned them away. I applaud their efforts!! The police and politicians won't do anything so it's time for the people to take matters into their own hands! Even my partner asked the manager if they needed any assistance. Stop the madness! SM is being robbed blind. Thank you CVS for doing more than your job requires.

Terrible experience with the pharmacy's customer service! I called about my overdue auto-refill prescription, and the woman who answered, "Amy," was incredibly rude. She dismissed my concerns, claiming they couldn’t do anything because the medication wasn’t in stock. To make matters worse, she sarcastically suggested I "turn on the news," as if that excused their failure to restock a time-sensitive prescription. This lack of accountability and empathy is unacceptable. People in customer service should prioritize helping customers, not making excuses or being dismissive. Very disappointed!

I was not happy when I walked in. Empty and everyone seemed busy. I was there to get my meds to transfer from other branch here. So far it has been 3 days and I have not received text informing me while the person behind drop-off counter told me it would be there tomorrow evening. Well, he was slow and people lined up behind me. However, he was slow and trying to do everything well and correctly. My anger disappeared. He may not be the best one, at least he was trying.

I looked around and found out most of people are busy doing something. They are not standing and chatting, everyone has something to do and to be busy for. Not intentionally trying to ignore you or provide bad service.

We don’t have to be so critical, everyone’s time is valuable and we all know that. But if they are busy making money and making a living, why do we give them a bad review?

It is so blatant why they [CVS & Target] are having to close many stores: The checking out process is so frustrating and time consuming, in that the checking out counter staff members are so involved with their own personal activity and self humor. this very insult to the out checking customer is subconsciously remembered, in that the next time that very same customer makes a decision to go out and shop, they remember the frustration over their last visit to CVS -- to shop somewhere else. It's a no-brainer...... that means you have on-site management problems.........

The pharmacist failed to do their job and then hung up on me. It feels like children are running the place. They completely messed up my prescriptions, and I had to point out their mistake—they were ordering the wrong medication, which is why it was being rejected by my insurance. Absolutely unacceptable.

Refused to fill new valid prescriptions from my doctor without warning. I requested refill several times and they just cancelled the request and didn't say anything. So, when I ran out and assumed it would be filled as it always has, they just told me they "no longer work with that provider" and left me without medication over the holiday, causing me to become ill from withdrawal for a medication intended to help me with complex PTSD. It should be illegal for pharmacies to decide who they will and will not work with. They are harming and playing a dangerous game with the lives of real people that are suffering. SHAME ON YOU!
