Love this store and the ladies are so nice. the woman who left the one star review either having a really bad day, or a bit unhinged. I went in last month to buy my mother-in-law a birthday gift and she absolutely loved it. I also got a few items for myself that anytime I wear I get compliments every single time. So nice that this shop is just down the street from my house because everything in there is adorable and high-quality!

Stopped by this boutique and purchased a beautiful blouse! unfortunately due to a fitting issue I had to return it and because of their return policy I was able to get a store credit/exchange. The store employees were extremely welcoming and so helpful! I walked out with two beautiful items 🙂

I prioritize shopping local and supporting small businesses especially sourcing my home goods and clothing from boutiques. I expected a similar experience to other boutiques I shop at and was disappointed with Clara Rose. The selection of goods appears nice however I was not greeted or acknowledged upon entering nor exiting. The staff were deeply engrossed in conversation and it felt as if my presence were an intrusion. I looked through the racks and picked up a few tops and jackets but was not given any direction on fitting rooms or asked if I needed help. One of the shoppe girls mentioned there being sales but they was the extent of the interaction. Hopefully this was a one off and attentiveness to clients improves.

I Love Clara Rose! I can find just about anything for both myself and my teenage daughter. The clothes are darling and they have some great gifts. The owner is the sweetest and she knows so much about the current fashion trends. So glad to have them in the neighborhood

So pretty and convenient. A sweet little local store in the heart of Memorial West at the junction of Memorial drive and Kirkwood.
You can find amazing and high end items for you or as a gift.

UPDATE: the owner threatened to call the police because of this

Wasn't even able to patronize this business due the clothing rack blocking wheelchair access to the shopping center.

Me and my grandmother wanted to go shop and get some coffee, but the rack was directly infront of the handicap ramp and taking up half the sidewalk. I had to load her back into the car and take our business elsewhere. The lack of respect for all the customers of the whole shopping center guarantees I'll never give them any of my business
