I have been going there for almost 3 years. I can say they are best at what they do. Inside is clean and the decor looks amazing. The receptionist is so kind and always greets everyone with a smile. Alisa thank you for doing my brows. You are on point as always. You are kind and so sweet. Thank you all for always providing excellent customer service! by far, one of my favorite places to be. why go somewhere else when you can see the ladies at BROWS ON MAIN? each and every one of them are caring, charming, and wildly talented. take it from me, someone who was part of their staff for almost two years, this place has a heart full of love. from the ambitious owner alisa, to the marvelous estheticians, and the warm front desk beauties. each and every corner of this shop is a safe haven for anyone who wants to leave their worries at the door, and feel at ease. i assure you, you’ll walk out of every appointment feeling as beautiful as your heart is, and it’s all thanks to these gems!

I’m going to be honest, place is very clean and modern. I am also not a first time customer, just dissatisfied with the last service received. Got burned a little bit. Eyebrows look good every time I go and looked good this time too, just left a burn mark on my eyebrow for my trip I have now. It could have been the mix of wax and thread which I’ve never gotten before.

Gisel is very nice, I love that she takes her time when she does my brows, I have never gone and not liked her work. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. The place is beautiful, clean, relaxing and it always smells soooo good.

Gisel has been doing my brows for almost a decade now and she has never disappointed me! She always does an amazing job and she is a true professional in her demeanor and in her work as well. Also, the receptionist (who's name I forgot to ask, but she reminds me of Emily from Emily in Paris lol) has such an amazing positive attitude and she's very friendly and tries to keep the clients entertained while they wait. She is definitely the best receptionist since the brow boutique opened. Honestly do not go terrible brow and tint!!! The only good customer service I got was from the front desk lady very nice and welcoming. However the specialist that helped me barely acknowledged me seem like she don’t not want to be there and messed up my eyebrows terribly. Mind you this is my first time tinting and when I tell you it seem like a child did my eyebrows it was not well, sloppy and uneven. There was a line of tiny on top of my eyebrow and under my eyebrow that didn’t even match my natural eyebrow. I went home and was able to take them off with alcohol wipes. What a waste of money. Expecting from the looks of the salon that their work would match. Terrible no wonder i was the only one there.

They messed up my brows real bad. When I shared my discomfort with management all they said was “it will grow back”.
Not a single apology.

In the beginning of my appointment I asked her to mark out eyebrow shape before she applies wax. She said she has 5yrs of experience and she doesn’t need to. I specifically asked not to give shapes but to only clean it and make sure they match. She gave it a horrible arc and they don’t match at all. I look bald.
