I placed an order when I got my order some things wasn’t in my order that I paid for.
I emailed her several times no response my boyfriend had to say something on her LIVE about how she was treating me not responding to my email. This was the only way I could get her attention and she responded on there only because she was LIVE and everyone was watching her!
She emailed me telling me to call her about my order!
I called her and told her that I had some missing items she made like she would take care of it and I also told her that I had two more items that were too small and I needed to return back!
It’s been over a month no response still haven’t reached out to me!
The first time I ordered from her she said she was discounting some items on LIVE why I bought them when I got my order she didn’t discount it.
I message her and told her she never discounted the items I paid for she said she would make an adjustment but never did just lies!
I try to patronize but some business you just can’t do business with!
This is very unprofessional to run a business like this not fair to your customers!
So I refuse to do business with this company and I do not watch her LIVE!
Owner should be ashamed of her self very unsatisfied ? customer just took my money!?
I’m sure your rating going down soon and you will be out of business from the way you do your customers!?

I’ve contacted the owner on several occasions about an item she never sent to me. She continues to ignore my emails and messages. I’m not about to just lose $40. This is very unprofessional. I tried giving her a chance to make things right but it’s like she doesn’t care. I even saw another review from someone else that she did this to. It’s sad that it had to come to this. Basically it’s stealing from a customer. I was a big fan of her boutique but now I see when you spend a certain amount of money she doesn’t send your items and she ignores your emails and messages about the missing item.

I placed an order for several items on 12/7/22 during one of their Facebook lives. Quite a few of these items were Christmas gifts and I was really looking forward to receiving them. I NEVER received my package. I contacted the vendor several times via phone, left voicemails, sent emails and messages via their business page on Facebook and never received a response.
DO NOT shop with them unless you have money to burn but don't need/want what you ordered.
I am extremely disappointed in the poor customer service I received. To date, I still have not received a refund or my items. If I could give them negative stars, I would. It's not right to take someone's hard earned money but not provide the service/goods you paid for.
