I went to two different other places before coming here. I'm sooooo glad that I was recommended to come here by another florist shop. (Fleur de lys artistry--a man who wrks there). I was looking for a floral arrangement that resembled a cake. I had seen this kind of arrangement once last year when a friend of mine got it for her bday. I wanted to get one for my aunt's 87th birthday. I was very pleased that Gabby knew exactly what I was wanting. In fact she helped me pick the perfect colors too! The surprise HAPPY look on my aunt's face we will always remember in our hearts! My aunt said that they were the best she has ever gotten! Thank you thank you Gabby!! You are the BEST!! ?

I bought some flowers for my girlfriend for mothers day. They have 3 options. Standard,deluxe and premium. I choose the deluxe because it looked nicer but to my surprised they did the standard which look very cheap for the money I paid. I called them and told them that the flowers didn't look the same like the ones they display online. They refunded the difference but that was not the point. The point is that you choose something and paid for it and you expect quality. This is the last time I buy from them.

I ordered an $80 bouquet for Vanetines Day (2024) and it never showed. I was told this place has gone out of business and my purchase was not refunded. I used B&B for almost 10 years then I guess they just vanished but their promotional emails keep coming several times a week.

I’ve ordered flower arrangements from B&B Flowers multiple times (birthday parties and other special occasions), and I’m always amazed at how amazing they come out. Last week I ordered an arrangement of roses for a work event, and it looked terrific. Everyone kept saying how beautiful the arrangement looked. Gaby and Edgar (the florist/owners) created an impressive flower arrangement. I am very appreciative and so thankful for the great work done by B&B Flowers, they have become my go-to Flower Shop.

What a find! I needed to get a flower arrangement to a funeral service the same day, I described what I wanted: a specific theme of UCLA colors. She was full of ideas. I was so confident she understood what I was looking for, and she did. She not only chose the perfect flowers and colors, she got them to service in plenty of time with not much notice. Very professional and customer oriented. I highly recommend B&B Flowers and Balloons!

We are pleased with their experience and skills when it comes to arrangements. Yadira, from B&B it’s a true professional and visionary when it comes to doing perfect arrangements she did one for my mother‘s birthday one thing is that she was able to understand what we want it and was able to deliver on time. We are grateful for what they’re doing but most importantly how they make us feel.
