Really recommend this location! They have a good selection of items (and sizes) and the sales associates were very friendly. Mine helped pick out a dress for me for afternoon tea and I really appreciated her help!

I had an exchange to make which proved to be rather complicated due to it being a sale item, but Delphine, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to help me with this process. Delphine went to Selfridges at the end of a long day of manning the store by herself, to collect the item I was looking to make the exchange with. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process over the phone, from start to end and I can’t thank her enough for all her help. Brilliant experience and fabulous clothes.

I went in just for a smart/formal dress for a work event in late September. The lovely Italian sales associate from Abuzzo was so good at her job, I ended up walked out with a new outfit and few other pieces. ? So sorry I forgot your name, and thank you to your colleague went to bond St picked up the blazer for me as well.

Best customer service I've received in a long time especially over the busy festive shopping season - all from Alesha! Alesha went above and beyond to ensure my mum and I got the items we wanted in the right size, getting them delivered from another nearby Maje store. Thank you Alesha! Happy New Year!

Very uncomfortable experience. Walked in and was approached 3 times (by the same member of staff) after I politely asked to browse the store alone. When I finally needed help I asked for some dresses in my size and 2/4 dresses were not the dresses I asked for - “recommendation from their manager” they said… instead of helping me find the dresses in my size online or in other stores.. uncomfortable and waste of time.. Big fan of Maje but won’t be back to this store again..

Sales associate treated my friend very poorly based on her appearance. She had her eye on business clothes but the associate did not allow her to try anything on, instead making judgemental comments about how store items would look on her.

Highly disappointed with this store. I Went to return a jacket I had bought in the sale today only to find out that I can’t return. I was never told by the store attendant at the time of purchase and I was made to feel like I was lying today. They refused to help me and now I have no way of getting my money back
