They have amazing clothes and accessories but don't go here for pointe shoes. The staff doesn't know how to fit and just stands there while your trying the shoes on. If you aren't an experienced dancer and don't know how they feel properly don't even go here.

They did not give me the correct size for pointe shoes. The younger lady tried her best, yet she asked the manager for help and the manager was very rude and passive aggressive!! Never go here for pointe shoes!❌❌❌

This must be one of the most professional and courteous retail stores in today's arena. The associate helped me properly size my daughter over the phone and recommended different ballet shoes for her. Being a single parent with 3 boys and one daughter this proved to be immensely helpful.
Due to some time constraints and unavailability of the shoes in my area I requested an overnight shipment. This was accepted by the owner, at my cost, and I received my daughters ballet shoes in less than 24 hours from the time I placed the order. I WILL return for more items. Never stop being the great store that you are. Thank you. Mike

Great service, wide (and I mean WIDE) range of products/brands/styles/colors/sizes. It's pretty easy to find stuff in store. Sometime products can be a little pricey, but they do offer a price match in store that I use often because I'd rather buy stuff in store than online (I think it says specifically that they'll match prices "to the best of their abilities").

Candace and her staff are always professional and helpful. So much so that we drove down from Birmingham for pointe shoe fittings. We also love the variety and quality of dancewear available in the store. Highly recommend!
