Kimberly and Becca are the most helpful employees! They have helped me multiple times they both have also encouraged different outfit suggestions and I love that! True meaning in customer service for sure. You can tell they genuinely love their job. One time I went to return a dress that was to small and they recommended wearing it with a tee underneath and to get a larger size. 10/10 would I recommend this location.

Previous reviews are accurate. For retail employees you get a snobby vibe. I went in for help with a gift card and they promised to help by the following Monday and I’ve gotten no help or contact. Manager couldn’t even be bothered to come out. Shame but won’t be returning and recommend you just shop online.

I went in earlier this morning to place an online order. From previous experiences at other Free People stores, free overnight shipping is available. I was helped by Kimberly, who is by far the worst URBN employee I’ve ever encountered. I’m an employee for Anthropologie and have never been treated with such disrespect. I asked if I got the free overnight shipping like I have received at other stores and she scoffed, then proceeded to give me a nasty response in return. I said I’ve gotten it at other stores and was wondering why this store doesn’t offer it but she continued to belittle me and say that the other stores are wrong, and that I was lucky to be offered free express shipping. Moving forward, I went to pay with my debit card (which I use for online orders at other stores) and it declined because it wasn’t a credit card. Kimberly responded with “you’re supposed to use a credit card” however at Anthropologie and other stores you are able to use a debit card for online orders. I didn’t have a credit card on me so I mentioned trying Apple pay. Because of the encryption when using Apple pay, the systems won’t recognize the card when the order is received at the warehouse. However, you will get an email to change the payment method. As I was trying to ask if this was an option to try to use my credit card (that I did not have on me), Kimberly talked over me and told me in a condescending tone that I can’t do that and again belittled me. I have never been so excited to leave a Free People store after I placed my order.

It’s all in the way you say things. Kimberly was consistently giving me a condescending tone and acted like I was below her. I felt as if I was inconveniencing her, even though my order helps them meet their daily goal. I’d rather drive further and go to the Disney Springs location than have to deal with such unprofessional behavior.

The store is really pretty and in an awesome location but staff seems a bit uninterested in working and more in talking. No one greeted me once and they all stood in the back trying on new jewelers . It seems management needs to do a better job at hiring . Maybe hire based on work ethic and not just hiring based on looks. No one will shop here continuously if there is no structure in presence

Was so excited that a Free People opened in Winter Park. But the customer service is poor. The salespeople that my daughter dealt with were not just unfriendly, but rude. She ran into a friend after leaving the store who had also been shopping at that Free People location the same day. Her friend said she also had the same experience.
