I visited this goodwill and noticed it's relatively smaller compared to other goodwill stores in Orlando. They primarily sell ladies dresses, a few men's clothing options, and some home decor. However, the prices here are on the higher side. You can often find better deals at stores like TJ Maxx, Ross, or Burlington.Despite being labeled as a boutique, the layout and organization of this place could be improved. It felt a bit cluttered and unorganized, making the shopping experience less enjoyable. If you're looking for a wider selection and competitive prices, you might want to explore other options in the area.

Extremely rude and disrespectful cashiers. I'm an army retired veteran and always come to this store with my wife. We love the store but lately they have a lot of new hires that need to get trained in customer service because they totally treat older people with disrespect. I had asked the cashier to give me military discount and she ignored me and turned to the side to speak to an also very rude Indian manager they have. That manager used to be at CurryFord store and now is at the boutique with her wrong manners as well. After 3 attempts to gain their attention, a very nice lady offered me help, I believe she's a new manager and interrupted their very loud conversation and asked the cashier to please give me my much deserved discount for serving my country. She immediately and very respectfully apologized and took over the situation. Several customers in line behind me applauded her professional manners. They need to learn from her. Not sure what her name is mybwife thinks is Michelle because she's also new to the store but anyways she fixed my afternoon that day after such a very bad experience. This experience won't stop me from visiting my favorite store but I hope someone sees this and take action and train their staff.

Really cool. A much smaller, but higher quality items Goodwill. The prices may be a little those of than your average Goodwill, but as a boutique, it is much smaller and is really a nicely curated store.

Used to be my favorite location but recently has changed a lot, the popularity in thrifting has made items prices go up as well make it uncomfortable/hard to shop in this small store. Have had times when I’m about to grab something and somebody snatches it away from me. Bags that were once 4.99 are now 25.99 . Unfortunately this is happening to all the goodwill locations I used to go to often .

Store has lots to look at but unfortunately look is about all you can do because 99.9% of these donated items are way over priced. Park on the street or in one of their 10 (give or take) cramped parking spots outside the store. You can find much better prices at department stores. I don’t recommend this place unless you have money to burn.

I can consistently find quality items here, even if they aren't my particular taste, size, or style. Employees are nice and helpful. Mixture of brands, but there are definitely higher end items here. Jury is still out as to whether this is truly better than your average Goodwill, which will also boast a mixture of high and low brands and fabrics. They certainly seem to think so, with clothing prices as high as $20 per item. This boutique has dressing rooms, a rarity for Central Florida Goodwills. My verdict is that it isn't worth a drive, but if you happen to be nearby and have time to kill, you might find something you like, similar to any Goodwill.

place is clean. Most of the clothes are branded and neat to look at. You can find pair of shoes that was rarely used at all by looking at the sole of the shoes. Parking is on either side of the store.
