Société sérieuse. Les loyers et services sont à la hauteur de la qualité des appartements, tous neufs et bien équipés, toutes les factures sont très claires. L'équipe est sympathique. Un technicien en plus serait bienvenu mais je n'ai pas eu de problèmes.

Rentmore travaille avec Homelike pour trouver des locataires à l'étranger.A FUIRE ces compagnies qui volent de l'argent aux locataires et au propriétaires surtout pour le ménage -jamais fait- et l'homme à tout faire-qui ne fait rien et rentre sans prévenir chez ma locataire le soir!
Ma locataire et moi-même avons eu beaucoup de stress et perdu de l'argent.
Ils ont fait fuire ma locataire qui a pris une location ailleurs à Bruxelles.

Rentmore stole the deposit of my cousin, the apartment was really nice, but he left the apartment in August and he hasn’t receive the deposit back. He left 3,200 Euros and they gave him around 600 Euros back. In other words, they stole 2,600 Euros with lame excuses. If you rent their apartments you should know that most likely you will lose your deposit. As he was en expat, he couldn’t do much, hiring a lawyer would be expensive, so Rentmore takes advantage of international people. Be careful with them!

Avoid at all costs. This is a money-grabbing, arrogant and careless company that everyone should stay far away from. I stayed in 4A in The Square in Saint Josse

Examples:
They have 1000 units, and one technician so you can imagine the waiting time, if anyone shows up at all.(2 months). (The technician is very nice, and I don't blame him).

They have an emergency number, that does not actually ring - but it does have a voice message saying that if they do not consider what you are calling about as an emergency, THEY will charge YOU. (which pretty much sums up their whole business ethic.)

I am currently in a dispute about my deposit, the whole process has been riddled with lies. Bavex, the "expert" company (stay away!) sent the inventory list after 10 weeks, they are supposed to send it after 4 weeks. Then they refused to use the inventory with my corrections, (I have an email confirming that they would, but on the day they refused, so the inventory list used was from the former tenant)!

I had a cleaner from the company (Lola), who told me, when I pointed out that there were some bedsheets missing, that she takes them home and cleans and irons them every time she comes, and that the broker (Paula) know this. I trusted her. Now they accuse me of having lost or stolen these sheets. And Paula has been quiet.

They have now sent me a bill of 650 EUR, with no breakdown, and no invoices of what they have bought. I know they charged the former tenants for items they did not in the end buy for the apartment, but instead they have pocketed the money, and this is the way they do deposit fraud. (The former tenant left stained duvets according to the old inventory list (they had 4 in total), which were gone when I moved in. when there were only 2. They charged the former tenant for these 2 duvets. but never bought new ones.)

Imagine 1000 units, scamming 650 EUR off of each tenant. This is how they make their money.

I will 100% make sure that none of our staff, or anyone else i know will rent from this company in the future.

On a very positive note, my review, on Rentmore.
This agency has managed my apartments, during the last two years.
Even with some questions/issues that needed to be clarified, and despite them, I have to recognize that Rentmore, specialized in high standard apartments, in Brussels, has the knowledge and taste to work in this segment.
My positive views:
- Rentmore knows and values the product they are selling.
- Rentmore is the ideal agency to rely on your investments, as they take care of the whole process, so you can trust them, and do your life, in another part of the world.
- They also care for the good maintenance of the apartments through services targeted and on spot. So, no need to worry if something needs to be repaired or any contingency.
Sometimes, Rentmore services can be a bit expensive, but trusting and keeping apartments in good shape, inevitably has a cost.
Just to point out that getting a feedback on the services done and their necessity, is highly appreciated - as this allows to have a picture and update, on your leases, in a more tangible way.
Apart from that, I find that Rentmore is the perfect agency that gives you the confidence and reassurance that you are in good hands.

*Great Apartments, Room for Improvement in Service*

Apartments offered by this agency are truly impressive. The locations are fantastic, the buildings are new and well-maintained, and they offer both furnished and unfurnished options. While the prices are on the higher side, they seem fair considering the quality of the apartments compared to others in the market.

However, my experience with the service and client relations aspect of the agency left much to be desired. During the pre-rental phase, they were responsive, kind, and helpful. Unfortunately, this level of service seemed to vanish once the rental agreement was signed. My assigned agent, in particular, was not responsive to my questions or concerns. Messages were often seen without any follow-up.

For any significant issues, the only recourse was to email the director, which in itself did not guarantee a swift resolution. I once waited for six months for the agency to address a service and ventilation issue in my apartment. The service quality diminished even further upon exiting the property.

While the agency claims to be flexible, my experience revealed that their flexibility only extended as far as their willingness to accommodate. We agreed on an exit date, but I was pushed to vacate a week earlier than planned because they had already secured another tenant. After negotiations, they reimbursed the one-week rent, but the process was far from smooth.

In summary, the apartments are exceptional, but the service aspect requires some improvement. The agency needs to address responsiveness, communication, and flexibility to enhance the overall rental experience for its clients.

SCAM! BE CAREFUL! They abuse of expats! A close friend rented an apartment lived there for 2 years, ge left in September 2023 and they never gave hik back the deposit. They stole 3,200 euros. BIG SCAM!
