Walking into this Bath and body works location was great! Joyce went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations when I was looking for a specific scent. It is the little things that matter, and she knew that! Also the super sweet and kind lady in the register that I can’t remember her name because it was so unique! Darlesha? ? This store has alwAys been our go to store. My wife maximizes deals with coupons and sales. The candles, car freshener, and plug in scents are great gifts. Staff here are always willing to help. Happy shopping.

I recently visited Bath & Body Works, and although my situation was a bit complicated, Stacy handled it professionally and with great care. I truly appreciate the effort everyone put into resolving the issue, especially given the circumstances.

The problem arose because my mom had access to my Bath & Body Works account, and I couldn’t remember the login details. She was at work and unable to provide them, so I had to create a new account. Unfortunately, I couldn’t claim my birthday gift on the same day since new accounts don’t immediately receive birthday rewards.

Although I initially had some confusion while speaking with Crystal, I want to emphasize that she was very sweet and did her best to assist me. My anxiety often flares up in public places, and I tend to get overwhelmed. Despite this, the entire team, especially Stacy, was patient and understanding throughout the process.

I feel a little bad for causing any extra stress, but I am so grateful for the help I received in trying to resolve my birthday gift issue. Thank you to Stacy, Crystal, and the rest of the team for your kindness and professionalism. You all did a fantastic job!

Worst experience in any Bath & Body I've ever had. I said my last visit that I would never return, but I gave them another shot. This visit was no different. Seems like they want to help, but a complete let down on service both times. Not sure whats going on with this particular location.

Love there semi sales. I got 300 worth of body wash and hand soap. Stock up time for sure, and when they have buy 3 get 3 free is a stock up sale

Do greatful for the App that tells me when there is a special sale going on! This was my 1st time to stock up on the Wellness line! I wasn’t sure what to get but Jenia (I think I spelled that right), was super helpful & made suggestions for me to try. There was also another guy there and he likewise was patiently assisting another customer with all her many questions! As busy as this time of year can be its great to still have amazing attentive customer service!

We absolutely love the renovated Bath & Body in Rockwall. Right when you walk in they offer hand sanitizer to all guests and a paper shopping bag. They take safety and cleaning guidelines serious and we appreciate it. They have established extra registers for social distancing and are monitoring occupancy. The company has done some revamp to their packaging and made everything look updated and fresh. This store is full of everything you need and has plenty of variety of scents in all product lines. Great job to the Rockwall, TX store.
