Customer service is slacking. I reached out regarding faulty/damaged merchandise I received and was never followed up with after reaching out via email. It took 3 additional emails to FINALLY get a response from the owner and only because I have disputed the transaction. Her snarky response was not appreciated when I told her I preferred to go ahead and settle everything through my financial institution. If they can't respond to emails in a timely matter, why would I trust them to refund my money once the dress is sent back.

I went in with pictures of my Christmas tree and needed suggestions for a tree topper. They were so very helpful. Made suggestions. Help me put it together and even taught me how to do a ribbon accessory on my tree. It’s fabulous to have somebody like this in our own backyard.

So friendly… like walking in and chatting with friends! Everything is so colorful and happy, you want to go home with something and then come back and visit again soon. Nothing is overpriced, great style, great customer caring, suggestions without being overbearing or overwhelming, they let you wander and indulge your senses with all the beautiful colors.
