Steer clear of this company. They do not own up to their mistakes. I emailed them about an issue and they responded twice then completely ghosted me. I tried commenting on Facebook and then was blocked. There are much more reliable baby clothing companies out there.

I ordered two knot personalized gowns. One came in and was perfect. Looked just like the picture. The other came in and both the gown and font color were different than pictured. I reached out asking how we could fix it and was instead told that I received the correct item. Terrible customer service.

I received the personalized dog wine glass from Cheeky Corner Gift Shop (the sister company of Squishy Cheeks) and I love it so much! The art turned out so good! I love that it has a quote and my cute little pup on it. Also, the wine glass comes with a lid so it’s perfect for the beach or pool or any use. I will definitely be ordering gifts from here in the future!

Ordered at the beginning of November. Couldn't get anyone to contact me back regarding my order never coming even I reached out after Christmas, so I was able to get a refund via Facebook! I wrote a fb review and was told yesterday (3 months later) that my order was reshipped....and lost in the mail! Both times the tracking info was lost! (Supposedly)
I've said numerous times I'd rather my items than a refund (I do photography and these were apart of a set I was doing) to which I'm not able to get....really awful customer service! If you can't fulfill your orders, and provide tracking information (more so when shipping was more than my subtotal), I'd definitely not have that option! So many red flags for those wanting to purchase online!!

Oh my goodness I got a blanket it has paw prints on it very plush with my dog's name on it it is absolutely beautiful well worth the money I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and you get it really fast and it's well made

I placed an order 17 July 2018 for my Baby Girl’s 2nd Birthday. Today, the 1st of September 2018, I have still have NOT received my order! Extremely disappointed with the service I received, regarding the fact that it is such a special occasion! Still Eagerly Awaiting reply to resolve this issue...

4th October update...

I have received many many International shipments all over the world over many years! NO Issues EVER! Yours is the first in more than a decade of Shipments to be an issue! To say this is just a South African ‘issue’ I feel is not a fair assessment! I have tried to resolve this matter on so many levels but no one wants to spend an extra cent to help me resolve the issue!
This is unfortunate and sad!
The blame game and who is exactly at fault here doesn’t matter! For me personally it is irrelevant! I’m more interested in problem solution, solutions! But obviously on your side you are more concerned about loosing money. Than trying to help me find a solution. I made many suggestions on how we can try to resolve it, but you are obviously not interested! What matters is that I paid for Items I did not receive!
I will continue to order from the US, I have never ever had a problem in more than a decade. I will just not order from you again! Pricy lesson learned for my Baby Girl’s 2nd Birthday! This is just so disappointing and sad! I expected more from Customer Service.
